☀ THE YOGA & MEDITATION ☀
The guided meditation will be performed by Tifani Truelove to align our minds and bodies with the fun and moving energy for the day.

The Yoga class is presented by CITY FITNESS instructor, Jason Cooper. It will be an active class (Vinyasa) and welcoming to beginners. They will also be offering modifications so anyone can do it.

☀ THE DANCE PARTY ☀
As we move into the day, veteran party rocker DJ ADUB takes the helm to throw down a post workout dance party you won’t forget. Expect plenty of upbeat tunes while we dance under the sun.

☀ ABOUT THE YOGA INSTRUCTOR ☀
Jason Cooper discovered yoga in 2009 to rehab a back injury. He soon realized that he was embarking on much more than just a physical practice. Jason found himself gaining clarity he could not have previously imagined. Through breath control, holding of the postures, and silencing of the mind through yoga and meditation, Jason had started on his path of spiritual awakening.

In early 2013, Jason studied yoga and meditation in Costa Rica with Marianne Wells, a student of BKS Iyengar himself. He soaked up a comprehensive education of the philosophical, psychological, spiritual, musical, anatomical, meditative, and therapeutic aspects of yoga. Jason has sat through two, ten-day Vipassana mediation courses, is currently a student facilitator of BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release, and is a stress management facilitator for the Dr. Dean Ornish Cardiac Reversal Program.

Tifani Truelove merges the sacred arts of healing through workshop, massage, heartline, reiki, energy work, sound therapy, ritual, collage, and photography, creating a safe and supportive space in which to anchor one’s innermost commitments to authenticity, reinvigoration and transformation.
